TrueBridge Brand Collective – Terms of Service

Business Overview
TrueBridge Brand Collective provides custom apparel and promotional products for businesses, nonprofits, schools, sports teams, and events. All products are custom-made and produced based on customer-selected designs, quantities, and specifications.

Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout before production begins. Because our products are custom-made, payment is required prior to design approval, manufacturing, and fulfillment.
We accept secure online payments through our payment processing partners.

Production & Delivery
Orders are produced on a made-to-order basis. Standard production and delivery timelines range from 10–14 business days after payment and final design approval, unless otherwise communicated at the time of order.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on order size, customization level, and shipping location.

Custom Products & Final Sale Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is defective or does not match your approved design, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or resolution.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to production. Once design approval and production have begun, cancellations are not permitted.
